Hurtwood Park's facilities make it a superb venue for wedding receptions, and Kenney and Jayne Jones were able to sample the facilities at first hand when they held their wedding reception at Hurtwood following their own wedding.
As well as the full wedding service, we also cater for the younger visitors who may arrive as guests!
Prices - As we are a members club we charge a facility fee of the following:-
£1500 - May to September
£1000 - October and November
£1500 - December
£1000 - January to April
Price is for the exclusive use of the clubhouse facilities AND includes 1 year's free social membership to Hurtwood Park Club.(Please note that an initial holding deposit of £100 is required to secure the booking of the venue.)
Catering
A selection of sample food menus are available but to make the day your day, we are more than pleased to arrange a meeting with the chef to discuss your individual requirements.
You are more than welcome to supply your own wine/champagne for drinks on arrival and for the enjoyment of the meal (please note a corkage fee of 9.50 pds per bottle of champagne and 7.50 pds per bottle of wine is applicable). Alternatively you may find a more convenient and cost effective option is for Hurtwood Polo Club to supply the champagne/wine of your choice.
After the meal a normal cash bar will operate or you may choose to have a bar tab with an upper limit.
Entertainment
A wide choice of entertainment acts are available and contact numbers can be provided after initial discussions with a member of the management team at Hurtwood.
Our team at the Clubhouse will be able to provide an excellent service in what we feel is unparalleled surroundings. A day to be remembered!
