James joins Hurtwood Park with years of experience under his belt. While attending Uni, James began working at a restaurant and soon his talent became clear by being offered a practical and college based apprenticeship. Trained in European food, James also specialises in Indian cooking and with upcoming plans for an Al La Carte Menu and alternate seasonal specials, James is sure to be a busy man in the months to come.
